Visit to Unesco World Heritage Site

Visit to Unesco World Heritage Site

Another chance to join us in this beautiful location situated in on the edge of the Peak District national park in a beautiful valley bordered by the river Derwent and the Cromford Canal. Very popular with those who attended previously, this excellent site is located just outside the small historic village of Cromford, which was largely built by Richard Arkwright for his workers at the nearby cotton mill. The village has 3 pubs and two excellent restaurants.

This will be a free and easy rally, with plenty of time to explore on your own. Locations such as Chatsworth House, Carsington Water, Matlock Bath (Gulliver’s Kingdom) and the Peak District National Park are all within easy reach. Regular buses and trains are within walking distance.
